   The Douglas and Janet Hardie Fund was established by one of our founders. The Richard and Christy Burton Fund and the Downing and Gross Family Endowment Fund were created by the families of two of our board members. Their far-sighted gifts provide inspiration to other generous donors searching for a way to invest their charitable giving, while also contributing to the improvement of our community.
       
     
Our first-ever business fund, the Burton McCumber & Cortez, L.L.P. Endowment Fund also was established in 2006. This donor-advised fund will serve as a model to inspire other local companies to create funds in their name and can pave the way for additional gifts to help support the community.  
 
 
  Sons of the late Gilbert and Gertrude Burton created a Memorial Endowment Fund in their honor. Although nothing can fill the loss of a loved one, by establishing a fund in their name, they honored them with a life-affirming memorial. Gifts made from this donor-advised fund will acknowledge their memorial and the impact of their legacy.
